Sorry it's a bit late girls (stupid work comp!). mine is going to be low this week, off up to my mum's on thurs for a whole weekend of planning so going to aim for 3 and anything else will be a bonus!
Oh and before you ask Mrs Dens... kincking my backside for being late doesn't count as a pledge lol x
I'll go for 4, hoping to get some in today, tomorrow, wednesday might be tricky, ditto thursday - stupid meetings! Friday should be alright and then I've just got to find one over the weekend.
Oh and wedding planning sounds way more fun than exercise anyway!
I'm going for a low pledge this week too, going down to Solihull on Friday until Monday and not really sure whether I'll manage anything whilst I'm down there! So I know I'll manage 3 sessions this week and anything else will be bonus work . I'm having a rest day today although technically I could be doing something! xxx
I really need to crank it up but I just don't seem to have the mojo at moment but know if I don't I'm in for a gain Friday so I'm going to pledge 3 but won't be able to do any the weekend as its mine and my sons birthdays
I will pledge 4 this week, although that will be pushing it as it's mine and my daughter's birthdays this weekend

Same here! Violet's birthday Friday and mine on Saturday (and her party)
A question for everyone that's ever done 30 day shred, ripped in 30, banish fat boost metabolism etc what would you say were the moves did you hate the most for each strength, cardio and abs??
2 down for me. I've downloaded one of those couch to 5k apps and did the first set of runs tonight . Think it was just under half an hour in total. xxx

I would say anything with a push up... really are beyond hard for me and I don't seem to be getting any better!

2 done with 6week 6 pack.
Ooh how is that one? It's next on my list after the shred as I'm real unhappy with my middle section x

I'm not sure what I think about it really! I remember hating it the first time I ever tried it, I preferred it today though, I think it would be better if it was in shorter circuits like 30DS instead of one 15 minute circuit that you repeat - does that make sense?
Oh and the side planks with knee raises might actually be the devil!!
Rock star jumps - just because im knackered at that point
Travelling push ups
Jumping lunges - I find it hard to balance
Scissors - sort of a love/hate relationship
Also those up and down on your arm planks are hard
I also don't like where you lift one hand up then one leg but that's mainly as it hurts my hand

Think that's it for level 3
Is there much you actually DO like from this level? X

3/3 done with a 30 minute jog (with walking intervals!) I think I managed 9 minutes of running this time. For lent, as well as giving up chocolate I've decided to train for a 5k on the 1st April in Glasgow. I know it probably doesn't sound like much to any seasoned runners out there, but I've never done any jogging/running before so I'm excited about the challenge . xxx
That's 3/4 done with a 5k walk. Was in town to meet my friends for lunch so walked there and back to limit some of the damage, had ice cream for dessert! xxx
That's me done 5 now after zumba last night. I'm off to Solihull today so don't know how much I'll manage to get done over the weekend although i have packed my gym stuff! xxx
2/3 please - loaded about a ton of textile-stuffed binbags into a lorry at work today (random) and then had a mad dancing session in the kitchen this evening whilst baking cookies for my sister's moving house day tomorrow (which will be 3/3). That's as good as it's going to get this week! I hate the crosstrainer...
I've managed one session since being down at my aunts, a 30 min jog and I don't think running is fo me at all.... Maybe I should stick to zumba! We are going to an outdoor activity centre today so god knows what that will entail! Xxxx
